SnuggleSafe is a microwavable 9 inch disc-like pad (like a thick dinner plate), containing ‘Thermapol®’ a non-toxic gel . When heated in a standard microwave oven, the Thermapol® jell heats and then stabilizes at roughly 124°F. It maintains this heat for up to 12 hours. Please note, we recommend you always have a barrier (eg. a blanket or the SnuggleSafe Heatpad Cover or Bonzo Cushion), between the animal and the SnuggleSafe heatpad.
SnuggleSafe fits comfortably under the blankets at night, keeping you or your pet warm. Unlike a hot water bottle that once it cools draws heat away, the SnuggleSafe heating pad continues to generate warmth all night long. The shell is made of polypropylene, a durable, hygienic, bite resistant and non-expanding safe material
