Online Shopping
the Company reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship or deliver items ordered or purchased on this website. the Company reserves the right to limit quantities, discounts or other details of any product offered for sale on the site. In the event that the Company chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your PayPal or credit card will be refunded.

For unopened and unused products returned with all original packaging, in sell-able condition within 15 days of the date of purchase, the Company will extend a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges. You are required to log into your account and pull up your order. Select the item you would like to return.
For approved returns we will issue a credit within 24 hours via the same method of payment used for the order or you may choose to exchange the item for other merchandise. You will be responsible for any shipping charges for the new items.
In cases where we have shipped you an incorrect product, we will either replace or refund the purchase price and if replaced will re-ship your order with the correct item at our expense.
Upon your acceptance of your shopping cart, the charges therein and checkout, your order will be packaged for shipment and may not be cancelled. If an order is refused upon delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 12.5%.
We do not accept returns for custom orders, special orders, sale items, or drop-shipped items. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of food or pet treat products..
the Company is only responsible for shipping the product purchased. The cost associated with invalid addresses, name changes, etc will be billed back to the customer.
Donations
Our mission is to support rescue and/or shelter organization activities that will enhance the quality of life for dogs, cats and other companion animals. From time to time, the Company may make financial donations, at its sole discretion, to various companion animal rescue and/or shelter groups, provided they are enrolled in the Company's Affiliate Program. They shall have completed the Company's Affiliation Program application, been accepted by the Company and are in good standing with the Company’s Terms and Conditions. Maintaining the defined internet linkage between the rescue organization and the Company's website is a primary Affiliate requirement. Our financial support primarily goes to well established, local rescue and/or shelter organizations, Working Dog support groups and other national organizations thru their local chapters. The Company's donations are not subject to any binding agreements and will only be made to non-profit or not-for-profit organizations.
The Company may donate a published percentage of its product’s price as defined on its website and such percentages may change without prior notice. These amounts may range between zero and 50% of the product’s actual retail sale price. The Company reserves the right to exclude products from eligibility for donations. The Company’s customer, at the time of Shopping Cart Check Out, may propose the designation of such recipient organization or it may be at the sole discretion of the Company’s management. Enrollment of any animal rescue and/or shelter group or the partial or entire Affiliate Program may be terminated by the Company, at any time and without notice, Donations to rescue groups may take the form of either cash, store credits or products that are only redeemable by the Company. Our minimum donation to any organization at one time is $25.00. Timing of donations shall be at the sole discretion of the Company. We are not obligated to make any such past or future donations to organizations that cease to be active or change their primary mission from rescue and/or shelter of companion animals. Customers should consult their tax advisor with respect to personal deductibility of such donations.
Organizations that seek to be enrolled in the Company’s Affiliate Program need to submit their request in writing, using the Company’s application form sent to admin@helpingudders.com or to the Company’s address below. It shall include a contact name, e-mail and street address and any tax exempt 501(c)(3) identification documents or other such appropriate materials describing the rescue’s and/or shelter’s services provided to the public.
