I bought my first one because
I had a Lab who would "dig" in her crate...no matter what bedding I put in. She
once stopped a woman doing a seminar in midsentence because of the sound of her
toenails on the bottom of the metal crate (which everyone had then). Anyway,
she couldn't dig the HA-HA be because it was so flush with the sides of the
crate. They're also great for traveling crates because they don't slide around
while you're driving. Anyway, enough of my sales pitch. Suzy - Cleveland
Hts, OH ************ Hi, Mikel, A friend of mine sold me a Masterpiece dog bed that was too small for their dog; she said she bought it at a dog show. I had scouted the Reliant Dog Show in Houston and catalogues for the past three years looking for that bed. It only occurred to me this week to actually find the tag on the bed and look it up on the web (duh!). Brandi's, my part-lab's, bed is at least 5 years old and had stood up great. I love that it's so easy to care for. ************ My Dane-mix, Mollie, keeps sneaking in Brandi's kennel to take naps; the kennel is really too small for Mollie, and I think the reason she goes in there is because of that Masterpiece dog bed. It has been wonderful to keep clean, I just sponge off the blue cover, and the sheep-skin is easy to remove for the washer to clean and sanitize it, and it goes back on in a "snap." I will be ordering a bed for Mollie eventually so that she will leave Brandi's kennel alone. I will also be ordering one of the vests for my son's Bloodhound, who I hope to take hiking later on. In the meantime, I immediately bought the bungee leash in the hopes that it will help Raz, the Bloodhound, be a bit more manageable. And since my husband complains when any of them scratch at the door to go out, I bought the bells too. As you can see, I found a wealth of useful stuff on your website! - Paula H. (Brandi and Mollie's Mom and Raz's Grandma!) ************ If you are a fellow dog lover and are thinking about purchasing a Masterpiece dog bed, but aren't quite sold, let me assure you that this is a great product. I have four beds. Two beds I purchased recently as additions since my dog family has grown. The other two beds are over ten years old and still going strong. The old timers look almost like new. The materials have improved but the quality remains the same. Thanks for such great products. And my dogs thank you too. Cathy G. Arlington, TX ************ I love your beds!. I have three that fit in the kennel and one large one for the ex-pen. The ex pen one is now being used by a MCOA rescue dog. Peanuts was to weak to stand or even sit up. I didn't have to worry about her getting sores from laying to long. Also cleaning was a snap!. I kept a layer of pee wee pads under the sheepskin. When she was incontinent I just took the soiled sheepskin pad off, changed the pee wee pads and put on a new sheepskin. The soiled one went into the laundry and was cleaned and ready for re use in a few hours. Thank you for such a wonderful bed! - Peggy A. Carver, MN************The Top Winning St. Bernard of all time, Am/Can Ch. Trust Gentle Ben V Slaton loves his bed and it keeps him from getting ugly callous spots on his elbows and hock areas. Thank you very much for showing us you beds, they are great and easy to care for. Shirley W. Canton, OH************ I've used the Masterpiece beds for 7 years now and love them.
