My friend Kat Farres from Salina, KS makes these.  They are cute, but the best part is what's inside.  Have you ever thought about what might happen to your dogs if, God forbid, something happened to you while you were away from home?  Unless you give detailed instructions and phone numbers, they might wind up in the local pound or even worse!
